David M. Page, PhD Staff Scientist

David has a passion for driving product design from research through product development and on to market launch. He has background in clinical trial design and execution, market and product needs assessment, product development, and pre-clinical studies, with specific background developing novel techniques in neural engineering, sensing, and machine learning. David measures his impact by his ability to bring new technologies to the people that need them in a way that makes their life better. David has published impactful peer-reviewed research in pain and sensory disorders. He is driven to identify technologies that improve quality-of-life for people worldwide. Prior to Abbott, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Avanos Medical. David holds a PhD in Bioengineering from University of Utah and a BS in Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
