Victoria L. Morgan, PhD Professor

Dr. Morgan is a Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences in the Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She received her BS in biomedical engineering from Wright State University, and her PhD in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1996. She is a Fellow of the American Epilepsy Society and the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering. She is also a Distinguished Investigator of the American Academy for Radiological and Biomedical Engineering. Her research focuses on developing clinically translatable neuroimaging methods to improve treatment of neurological disease and injury. Her primary efforts are devoted to research to quantify functional and structural brain networks to better characterize the effects of seizures in order to improve treatment outcomes for patients with focal epilepsy.
