This session will explore the role that the industry representatives may have in interacting with the patient undergoing neuromodulation therapy. The discussions will focus on ethical conduct in clinical neuromodulation.
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe the role of device reprogramming and patient interaction by industry representatives.
- Identify the role of the physician in ensuring confidentiality is maintained for patients with neuromodulation devices.
